What do coaches do?

Coaches work with you to:

  • see where you are now
  • where you’like your life to be
  • move you quickly towards making your desired life a reality

I work with people who need motivation, strategic tools and ideas to get them where they want to be in business and life.

I mostly work with women (my power women) who want to move forward and remove the emotional (and self doubting) feelings as well as put practical steps down they can use to achieve whatever they want to.

As you can see from my testimonials I work with men too and this tends to be more focused on internet marketing goals relating to their business and brand.

Vanessa’s Three Top Goals (August -November)

  1. To help at least four people per week to get to their desired goal.
  2. To lose 40lbs by November 1st 2010.
  3. To meet Ali Brown, at the Shine Event, Las Vegas in November.

  • list steps to your goals that you need to take
