I haven’t spoken about Haiti in my blog until now. Sometimes I like to wait for others voices to speak – that way the cause continues with others speaking in weeks and months to come – we do not and should not forget.
I know a lot of aid stories have focused on American donations but I wanted to share a link with people who live outside the States. UK to be exact. I have donated via this organization and so far they have raised over 35 million for Haiti.

Medical aid is getting into the country but it’s a slow process to get it to where it needs to be due to the terrible devastation.
I encourage all bloggers to have some sort of link on their site or post over the next few months to keep awareness going. Even if you tweet about it then that’s something. These people need us.
Even if you don’t have much – please try and give something and for Brits, don’t forget to tick the gift aid box so DEC can reclaim tax and send more of your money to where it needs to be in Haiti.
Thank you,
