In my last post I mentioned wanting to try Clarins Skincare out to get my skin back in shape for when I return to modelling.  So today, before I went to get my nails done, I went into the store to have a little consultation.

I’ve worked in this industry on and off for over ten years so I know my skin and know exactly what I want out of a product so it wasn’t too time consuming and because Clarins within House of Fraser are on gift I also got to pick four items to try with my purchases. I noticed too that the consultant put in a few extra decent sized samples as well (which was really lovely of the her to do).

So here is a list of things I’ve got for my skin. Baring in mind my skin is combination/oily and is prone to blemish scars after any breakout.

• Gentle Cleansing Foam with Tamarind and Purifying Micro-Pearls 125ml
• Toning Lotion Alcahol-Free with Iris 200ml
• Gentle Exfoliator (Brightening Toner) with Tararind and White Nettle 125ml (This is a new product and surprisingly contains no beads at all but does have AHA’s to protect the skin from further damage from the environment which can deepen blemish scars)
• Gentle Refiner Exfoliating Cream with Micro-Beads (this is actually the one with the beads – I wanted to try both and it was free with the gift) 15 ml
• Pure Melt Cleansing Gel with Marula Oil 20ml
• Hydra Quench Lotion SPF 15  – 15ml
• Instant Smooth Perfecting Touch (This goes on before make-up and goes into any open pores so the make-up sits on flawlessing smooth skin) 4ml
• Beauty Flash Balm (Actually I recall using this once before and loved it) It gives the skin an amazing glow but doesn’t make it look greasy. 30ml
• Hand and Nail Treatment Cream 50ml

Everything smells very natural and devine I have to say. I’ll be giving you my verdict on the new skincare regime soon!
