This is the Chanel nail enamel that is ‘apparently’ a must have for spring 2010.
I’ve seen first hand – women being turned away disappointed because this colour is out of stock. The consultants just can’t get it back in stock quick enough. There is a waiting list in certain stores, ‘if’ it does get restocked.
There’s been phone call after phone call to certain stores about this one colour.
The picture doesn’t do it justice but I have tried it myself and it’s a mushroom colour.
It’s possibly not something I would cry my eyes out if I didn’t have but I can see why it is so popular. It’s Chanel, it’s long wearing and it’s a colour that goes with anything. Nude but not really, if you catch my drift.
I’m more in love with Chanel’s Spring season eye shadows to be honest. But what’s funny is that when everyone else is going for high colour for make-up in their spring collections, Chanel is showcasing an almost Autumn look. Deep, rich browns and rusts and this ‘mushroom’ shade along with two other equally nude looking nail varnishes. Chanel try not to follow the crowd but how funny, their fans rush like sheep to get their hands on what really is just another mushroom coloured nail enamel. But did I mention, it’s Chanel – yep that’s why they are flocking in droves.
I am ever so tempted, but I’ll stick to my favourite Chanel colour, Rouge Noir. That is a very femme fatale shade. I love it!
Ha! I know there are men reading this thinking women are nuts – well I think whilst there are possibly more trying things in the world to worry about other than getting your hands on this Chanel nail varnish cut some slack, since we have to cope with PMS we deserve a few simple pleasures in life.

In the previous post about the vibrogym I mentioned trying it for the first time. Well let me tell you, me and him (yes I think it’s male and I’ve named him Harry) are getting on like a house on fire. I still do all my other gym routine items, but fit Harry in between the bike and leg press.
I’ve also learned some new ways to stand on Harry, since he has a very sturdy vibration plate. These are, crouching-tiger-shaky-arse and tip-toe-through-the-vibrations.
I recently took one of my bosses to the gym on my guest pass and she also loved Harry.
In fact we both went on Harry twice during our workout.
But aside from the fun – what else is Harry the vibrogym helping me with? Well, he’s most definately reduced cellulite around my upper legs and back of thights and he’s also helped strengthten my legs quicker.
As I said in my previous post, it’s not a piece of equipment I’d use soley to stay in shape but it’s an excellent addition.
Someone mentioned to me that they had gym open up near them with just vibrogyms in! I don’t know if I really like the idea of soley having that as your toner, shaper, and strengthener. In my opinion there is nothing like pushing some weights and having a good cardio session. And let’s not forget low impact but effective swimming either.
If you have a gym with a vibro gym in it – it’s definately worth trying.

So you may have been seeing a lot of tweets from me about going to the gym and swimming and my desire to achieve and maintain a healthier lifestyle. But what I wanted to share with you is the reactions I’ve been getting from people who actually see me in person. The reason why I’m sharing this with you is because the reaction has been two tiered.
Hi Vansters (it’s been a long time since I called you that, huh?),
I just set up my new newsletter system with Aweber. I really love it! Once again, at the advice of Kimmoy, The Curvy Coach I joined up. Right now it’s only $1 for the first month – so I thought what the hey.
The sign-up was painless and took two minutes and once you’ve signed up you get a step by step guide which even a novice can get through.
They also have stats and other goodies for you to use if you want to target market a campaign or event for instance. Right now I’ve set up mine because I have lots of things coming up this year. I may not have time to blog about it as and when so I thought to keep my most loyal visiters up to speed I’ll just set up an email list.
I could have gone with a free newsletter program but I hate the tags on the bottom they use, plus I wanted a lot more personal customization.
If you need an email list I would highly recommend Aweber and I’d get it now to try for a $1 for the first month. I intend on keeping my list beyond a month because of all you get with it.
You can join my list by scrolling down on the right hand side. Thanks to those who have joined so far.
I’m looking forward to keeping you updated on my plans and news.

Whilst innocently surfing today I came across one of those ‘I lost x amount – here’s my secret,’ websites. They everywhere, so I decided to Google ‘Acai Cleanse Scams’ and found the following link for a blog by a guy called Waffles.
He has listed many scam acai berry and colon cleanse combo sites which basically say you can lose a lot of weight, get a free trial then charge you a lot for shipping or worse still, keep on charging your credit card for other things you did not want or have knowledge of.
