Let’s get technical..

I’ve decided nothing is really easy since I don’t have my Apple Mac Book. It’s not that I hate PC’s and Vista it’s just I just need so many programs and gadgets to achieve certain projects. Windows is about constant updates and dare you have too many programs running at the same time – it will punish you for that!

Do you ever find technology just hates your guts? I do.

When I had my Mac Book I could make youtube videos interesting, clear, and quickly. Now I need a extra webcam because my inbuilt one is awful. Then I need extra software for the webcam. I get all excited thinking this will give me back my crystal clear movies I used to enjoy making for youtube. Well I could have guessed it would not be that simple.

I finally gave in and reinstalled my large video editing program onto my already wimpy laptop only to discover my additional web cam is crap and my inbuilt one works much better. Obviously it was a software issue.

Let’s not even discuss how feable the audio sounds. Grown!

So if I do make any more youtube videos can I please apologize for the shouting at the screen and the flickering camera motion. What can I say…technology hates me right now.

I wanted to do more make-up tutorials for my viewers and vlogs. Right now I can only see vlogs being watchable – the make-up demos would have to be done with my camera/video via memory card since that camera is very crisp and colour precise, in fact its better than my hand held cam.

  1. Oh Tell me about. My first computer was an iBookG4 that I just sold on ebay for an extremely small amount. GULP!I miss her, I really do. Now, I’m not hatin’ on PC users at all I’m just saying mac is by far one of the best things that ever happened to me especially when I think about running multiple applications at the same time(not compromising the speed performance of my other running programs) or how about just the plain old awesome features. Its just so daagon cool!. For real! And have you ever noticed how mac users act? Not so much like we are better than everyone else, but like we KNOW we are better than everyone else.

I was one of those many people crowded in the Apple store every weekend like a 4 year old in PetSmart. Then I actually bought the freakin laptop. I mean it talked to me every weekend…”buuy me,Nora.” Whew, and a thousand and something odd dollars later, I was extremely broke and happy. That was the best broke I have ever been. Now, I’m back to a PC. Need I say more.

Oh dear Nora. I feel your pain. My mac died and went to computer heaven but I really miss having it – due to all the fantastic things it did.
I can’t do jack with this laptop and it frustrates me. My podcasting and video making have really suffered. I think though I have a crappy pc and there are better pc’s out there. I’m just not prepared to pay silly amounts for windows when I can pay silly amounts for a mac and actually have it run quicker and less hassle free.

I don’t fancy being broke over a laptop but this will need replacing soon.
