In the previous post about the vibrogym I mentioned trying it for the first time. Well let me tell you, me and him (yes I think it’s male and I’ve named him Harry) are getting on like a house on fire. I still do all my other gym routine items, but fit Harry in between the bike and leg press.
I’ve also learned some new ways to stand on Harry, since he has a very sturdy vibration plate. These are, crouching-tiger-shaky-arse and tip-toe-through-the-vibrations.
I recently took one of my bosses to the gym on my guest pass and she also loved Harry.
In fact we both went on Harry twice during our workout.
But aside from the fun – what else is Harry the vibrogym helping me with? Well, he’s most definately reduced cellulite around my upper legs and back of thights and he’s also helped strengthten my legs quicker.
As I said in my previous post, it’s not a piece of equipment I’d use soley to stay in shape but it’s an excellent addition.
Someone mentioned to me that they had gym open up near them with just vibrogyms in! I don’t know if I really like the idea of soley having that as your toner, shaper, and strengthener. In my opinion there is nothing like pushing some weights and having a good cardio session. And let’s not forget low impact but effective swimming either.
If you have a gym with a vibro gym in it – it’s definately worth trying.
